Numerous tourist sites and hotels in Hồ Chí Minh City (HCMC) under management of Saigontourist are putting in some hard graft to prepare fabulous food events for gourmets to welcome the Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20.

The tourist park will serve a dinner buffet from 5 p.m. on October 20 and October 21, featuring more than 50 dishes.
Diners will be entertained with a live music show by Country.
Buffet tickets are priced at VND250,000 per adult and VND140,000 per child.
Customers are given one ticket if they buy 10 tickets upfront.

A buffet with more than 80 grilled dishes and hot pots will be held on the afternoon of October 20.
At the buffet, which lasts from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., customers will get a free drink and also enjoy a live concert.

The tourist village will welcome Vietnamese women to a buffet with more than 70 southern-style dishes from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on October 20 and October 21.
Patrons will also enjoy a variety show as well as play folk games for prizes.
Children will be given a paper lantern as a gift. The buffet costs VND220,000 per adult and VND120,000 per child.

The hotel will serve a dinner buffet with Vietnamese and Chinese dishes from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on October 20.
Adults and children are charged VND219,000 and VND139,000 respectively. Customers are given one ticket if buying 10 buffet tickets.

Ngũ hanh, or the five basic elements of wood, fire, earth, water and metal, will be the theme of a buffet program at the Liberty Central Restaurant with over 40 foods in the balance of Ying and Yang with sweet, bitter, sour, pungent and salty flavors.
The buffet is priced at VND199,000 per adult and VND99,000 per child, with the restaurant offering all diners a 30% discount on lunch buffets.
